To make the macro do something else when you hold down a modifier key (shift, ctrl or alt) we're gonna add [mod:shift], [mod:ctrl] or [mod:alt].If it still doesn't work, it's because you have keybound shift + the key you're pressing to something else. Keybindings take priority over modifiers in macros. Also, your mouseover conditionals are missing "harm", which means that even if you have a target, but don't have a mouseover target, the macro does nothing. Here is my attempt:
